The Green Bay Packers announced Friday that ticket prices for the 2025 season at Lambeau Field will climb higher, with increases ranging from $7 to $21 per game for regular-season contests in the stadium bowl. The decision, detailed in a team press release, also affects preseason games, which will see hikes of $3 to $11 per ticket depending on seat location.

Invoices reflecting the new pricing hit season ticket holders’ mailboxes on Feb. 28, accompanied by a brochure outlining the changes. Fans have until March 28 to settle their bills with the Packers’ ticket office in person or online.

Team President and CEO Mark Murphy framed the adjustments as a balancing act between fan value and league competitiveness. “”Our overall average ticket price, which includes general bowl and premium seating components, is expected to be near the middle of the NFL’s pricing,” said Murphy in a letter sent to Season Ticket Holders. “This is the benchmark we aim for in order to represent a great value for the top-rated Lambeau Field gameday experience, to remain competitive among NFL clubs and to perform as a good business partner leaguewide in terms of shared ticket revenue.”

The hike marks the 15th price increase in the past 16 years for Packers season tickets, with the lone exception coming in 2021 when prices held steady post-pandemic. For 2025, the team will host eight regular-season games and two preseason matchups, though the full schedule remains under wraps until the NFL’s spring release.

Variable pricing again will be used for preseason and regular-season games. With the increases, tickets in respective areas in 2025 will cost:

  • South end zone, 700 Level – $69 for preseason, $139 for regular season (in 2024, prices were $66 and $132, respectively).
  • End zone seats – $73 for preseason and $146 for regular season (in 2024, prices were $68 and $135).
  • South end zone, 600 Level – $77 for preseason, $152 for regular season (in 2024, prices were $73 and $145).
  • End zone to the 20‐yard line – $85 for preseason and $169 for regular season (in 2024, prices were $78 and $155).
  • Between the 20-yard lines – $99 for preseason and $196 for regular season (in 2024, prices were $88 and $175).

Beyond the price bump, the Packers are cracking down on season ticket holders who consistently offload their seats. The team confirmed it has declined to renew accounts that sold 100% of their regular-season tickets for multiple years running. Those seats will now shift to fans on the famously long waiting list, a move aimed at keeping Lambeau Field packed with green-and-gold loyalists.

The Packers’ home slate next season includes NFC North rivals Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions, and Minnesota Vikings, plus matchups against the Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Commanders, Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, and Carolina Panthers. Two yet-to-be-named opponents will fill out the preseason calendar.

For fans, the changes stir a mix of acceptance and grumbling. The team’s storied history and perennial contention keep demand sky-high, but rising costs test even the most devoted. With the waiting list still numbering in the tens of thousands, those snagging newly available seats may soften the sting of the reseller purge.

As Green Bay gears up for another campaign, the front office is betting that the Lambeau experience—rated tops in the NFL—will justify the steeper tab. Whether fans see it as the cost of fandom or a step too far, the Packers’ ticket strategy underscores their dual role as a community institution and a cog in the league’s financial machine.
