Here’s my latest update on early vote totals from Wisconsin.
We have statewide races for State Supreme Court and Superintendent of the Department of Public Instruction, as well as Constitutional amendment regarding the required use of photo identification, and voting culminates on Election Day, next Tuesday.
We compare this year’s early vote totals with those of the previous Supreme Court race from two years ago.
Now, this chart, below, breaks down counties by their partisan nature.
Same disclaimers as usual: Wisconsin does not have voter registration by party, so no one knows which candidate is ahead, by county or in total.
Increased early voting COULD translate into more total votes if it’s not cannibalizing election day vote.
