The Packers have ruled out cornerback Jaire Alexander (knee), receiver Romeo Doubs (concussion), linebacker Edgerrin Cooper (hamstring) and cornerback Corey Ballentine (knee) for Thursday’s game against the Detroit Lions…
Cooper will miss his third straight game, but the Packers should have fellow linebacker Isaiah McDuffie (ankle) available after he was upgraded to full participation Wednesday. The fourth-year linebacker was a game-time decision on Thanksgiving but finished with 10 tackles, a pass deflection and forced fumble in Green Bay’s 30-17 win over Miami.
In addition to McDuffie, Green Bay didn’t issue a game status for the following players who are expected to be available: running back Josh Jacobs (calf), defensive lineman Kenny Clark (rest), tight end John FitzPatrick (back), guard/tackle Elgton Jenkins (knee), center Josh Myers (pectoral), tackle Rasheed Walker (knee) and defensive lineman Colby Wooden (shoulder).
The Lions have ruled out tackle Taylor Decker (knee), defensive lineman Levi Onwuzurike (hamstring), defensive lineman Josh Paschal (knee) and defensive lineman DJ Reader (shoulder).
Cornerback Carlton Davis III (knee) and cornerback Emmanuel Moseley (hamstring) didn’t receive a game status and are expected to be available.
Kickoff from Ford Field is at 7:15 pm
The game will be broadcast across the country on Amazon Prime Video. If you live in the Green Bay market, it will also air on WGBA-TV, and if you live in the Milwaukee market, it will be shown on WITI-TV.
