On April 4, the UW System Board of Regents voted to raise in-state tuition at all its campuses to keep up with inflation, they said.
The Regents also voted to give raises to all University of Wisconsin chancellors, to match the recent 6% salary increases taking effect for all UW employees.
The pay hikes will include 4% raises backdated to last July and a two percent pay hike this June.
Dairyland Sentinel provides a list of the new base salaries for the System President and each of the chancellors as of July 1, alongside the percent of full time freshmen who entered their institution in the fall of 2019 and graduated within 4 years and those entering in 2018 and graduating within 5 years. A 27% four-year graduation rate can net you a 6% pay hike in the world of higher education.
